We’re proud to launch HUSK x Ro Projects, a new painted kitchen front collection developed in collaboration with Bristol-based interior design studio Ro Projects.
Ro Projects & The Collaboration
Ro Projects is a Bristol-based interior design studio led by founder Rosa Roig-Fiol, whose work blends Mediterranean warmth with British design sensibility. With over a decade of experience across leading UK design studios, Rosa brings a thoughtful approach rooted in longevity, materiality, and everyday living.
The collaboration began with a chance meeting of Rosa and HUSK founder, Dave Young, following a design show and quickly grew from a shared appreciation for colour, craftsmanship, and considered design. Working locally in Bristol allowed both teams to test tones together, refining a palette that feels balanced, nuanced, and enduring.
Working with HUSK has been incredibly special. The opportunity to translate my paintings into a colour collection inspired by the landscapes I grew up with has been deeply meaningful. Together, we’ve created something that feels timeless and connected to the natural world.
Inspiration Behind the Palette
Inspired by the Mediterranean, natural materials, and Rosa’s artwork, the colours reflect limestone, clay, olive groves, mineral stone, and shifting coastal skies.
Many shades sit between neutral and accent, warm and cool, allowing them to work flexibly within different spaces. Designed to be used together, the palette supports both calm, understated kitchens and more expressive layered schemes, always with a sense of balance and timelessness.
Rather than focusing on individual statement colours, the aim was to create a palette rooted in nature and designed for everyday living.
Designed to Work Together
This collection wasn’t intended to be a set of standalone shades.
Each colour has been developed in compliment the others, meaning they can be layered, paired or contrasted while still feeling cohesive. Whether used to create a calm, understated kitchen or a more expressive scheme, the palette retains a sense of balance and quiet confidence.

It’s also one of our more affordable collections, making a thoughtfully designed, painted kitchen accessible to more homes. Developed in close collaboration with Ro Projects, the range brings together craftsmanship, character and everyday practicality in a way that feels timeless rather than trend-driven.
