Distance Selling Regulation
The distance selling regulations set out that a private customer has the right to cancel orders of standard products up to 14 days after the order is delivered without giving a reason. The supply of personalised goods, or goods made to a customer’s specifications are exempt from these regulations. All orders for doors, drawer fronts, dishwasher fronts, cover panels and plinths are made specifically for the customer to order and are not carried as stock items by HUSK. As such any order for these items is not covered by the distance selling regulations, and terms for cancellation are as set out within this document.
In the case of orders containing standard products you have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. Notification that you wish to exercise your right to withdrawal must be made via an email to returns@madebyhusk.com. The email must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
When using the right of withdrawal the customer will be responsible for any costs related to the return of the goods. The customer is responsible for making sure that the goods are suitably packaged for delivery, and arrive with no damage, in original condition, and including the original packaging. In the case of any damage caused during return shipping the customer should seek compensation from the shipping company. In the case of any diminished value to the goods, either caused by handling by the customer, or during return shipping, HUSK will hold the customer responsible for reimbursement.
HUSK will reimburse you the purchase cost of the goods within 14 days of either; receiving evidence that the goods have been sent, or receiving the goods. Reimbursement will be made via the same payment method you used to pay, unless agreed otherwise between HUSK and the customer.
Should the conditions above not be met HUSK reserves the right to refuse a return.
