Delivery & Returns

We aim to make your kitchen upgrade experience as seamless as possible, from delivery all the way through to installation. Discover how we manage deliveries, our returns policy, and our commitment to sustainability below.

Kitchen fronts will arrive numbered in accordance with your invoice, and we ask that you check off each piece within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. Each front is carefully wrapped in recycled/recyclable plastic, with protective cardboard corners to keep them safe during transit.

In addition to your delivery, you will also receive a copy of your invoice, an installation guide, and a care guide to support you through every step of installing and maintaining your new kitchen.

While we manage some local deliveries internally, the majority are carried out by a trusted third-party delivery partner.

Upon delivery, all packaging and goods must be carefully inspected for any signs of damage before signing the delivery slip. Any damage must be clearly noted on the delivery slip at the time of receipt.

In addition, any damage must be reported to us via email at workshop@madebyhusk.com within 48 hours of delivery. This notification must include photographic evidence of the damage. Please note that claims for damage will not be accepted unless both of these conditions are met.

We use our electric HUSK van for local deliveries where possible, reducing our carbon footprint and ensuring direct delivery from our Bristol workshop to your door. We’ll coordinate a delivery slot with you, and someone must be present to sign for the items.

Our team will bring your fronts into a ground-floor room of your choice, giving you the chance to check off each front against your invoice as they’re brought in. For orders with appliances and/or larger cabinetry, we kindly request that someone is on site to assist with unloading those elements from our van. You will receive a copy of your invoice, an installation guide, and a care guide along with your delivery.

For customers outside the Bristol & Bath area, we work with a trusted third-party courier to deliver your kitchen fronts safely and securely. We deliver directly to you in a dedicated vehicle, ensuring your kitchen fronts and cabinetry arrive in excellent condition.

Lead times are confirmed at the point of purchase. We will contact you via email one to two weeks before your agreed lead time ends, to arrange a specific delivery date.

If we don’t receive a response, we will follow up with a phone call to ensure everything is on track. Please make sure someone is available to sign for the delivery on the scheduled date.

We offer a 2-year warranty on all HUSK products, covering production defects and ensuring that you receive the highest quality kitchen fronts. This warranty does not cover:

• General wear and tear;
• Scratches
• Dents
• Heat or water exposure;
• Damage caused by you (the customer)

Any DIY alterations to the products also void the warranty.

If we accept liability for a defect, replacement products will be issued as soon as possible.

As all of our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns unless items are confirmed to be faulty or damaged in transit.

All goods must be carefully inspected upon delivery. Any damage must be clearly noted on the delivery slip at the time of receipt.

In addition, damage or faults must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing workshop@madebyhusk.com. This notification must include photographic evidence along with a detailed description of the issue.

Please note that we are unable to accept or process claims for damage or faults unless these conditions are met. Where a valid claim is confirmed, we will work promptly to resolve the issue.

In line with our commitment to sustainability, HUSK offers a Sample Return Service for customers who have purchased samples. If you return your samples in their original condition, using the provided courier label, you will be eligible for a full refund, excluding the original postage and handling costs. This helps us reduce waste by allowing samples to be reused by other customers. Please note that this offer does not apply to samples ordered using the FREELAM offer code. The refund will be processed once the samples have been received and inspected and will be issued to the same account used for the original purchase.

Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. That’s why we strive to keep our deliveries as eco-friendly as possible. For local deliveries in the Bristol & Bath area, we use an electric van to reduce emissions and minimise our environmental impact.

Our kitchen fronts are wrapped in recycled/recyclable plastic, with cardboard corners that are easy to recycle. We also make sure that our packaging is kept to a minimum to reduce waste.
