Delivery Information
Kitchen fronts will arrive numbered in accordance with your invoice, and we ask that you check off each piece within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. Each front is carefully wrapped in recycled/recyclable plastic, with protective cardboard corners to keep them safe during transit.
In addition to your delivery, you will also receive a copy of your invoice, an installation guide, and a care guide, helping you through every step of installation and care for your new kitchen.
While we manage most local deliveries internally, the majority of our deliveries are made by a trusted third-party partner:
We use our electric HUSK van for local deliveries where possible, reducing our carbon footprint and ensuring direct delivery from our Bristol workshop to your door. We’ll coordinate a delivery slot with you, and someone must be present to sign for the items.
Our courier will bring your fronts into a ground-floor room of your choice, giving you the chance to check off each front against your invoice as they’re brought in. You will receive a copy of your invoice, an installation guide, and a care guide along with your delivery.
For customers outside the Bristol & Bath area, we work with a trusted third-party courier to deliver your kitchen fronts safely and securely. We deliver directly to you in a dedicated vehicle, ensuring your kitchen fronts and cabinetry arrive in excellent condition.
Lead times are confirmed at the point of purchase. We will contact you via email one to two weeks before your agreed lead time ends, to arrange a specific delivery date.
If we don’t receive a response, we will follow up with a phone call to ensure everything is on track. Please make sure someone is available to sign for the delivery on the scheduled date.
Returns & Warranty
We offer a 2-year warranty on all HUSK products, covering production defects and ensuring that you receive the highest quality kitchen fronts. This warranty does not cover:
Any DIY alterations to the products also void the warranty.
If we accept liability for a defect, replacement products will be issued as soon as possible.
Since all of our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns unless the items are faulty or damaged during delivery. Please report any damage within 24 hours by providing photos and a detailed description of the issue. We’ll work swiftly to resolve it for you.
Sustainable Deliveries
Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. That’s why we strive to keep our deliveries as eco-friendly as possible. For local deliveries in the Bristol & Bath area, we use an electric van to reduce emissions and minimise our environmental impact.
Our kitchen fronts are wrapped in recycled/recyclable plastic, with cardboard corners that are easy to recycle. We also make sure that our packaging is kept to a minimum to reduce waste.
