However, the warranty does not cover general wear and tear, scratches, dents, or defects caused by heat, water exposure, or improper care. Any alterations made by the customer, such as drilling or cutting, will void the warranty. It’s important to follow our care guidelines and installation instructions to keep the warranty valid.
If you need to make a claim under the warranty, contact us and we will assess the issue. If the defect is covered, we will arrange for repair or replacement. Please note that damage caused by customer modifications will not be covered.
