Measure, Design & Quote
First, talk to IKEA or Howdens to create your kitchen plan. You’ll need to measure your space beforehand – if you’re working with a builder, you can ask them for the measurements.
IKEA and Howdens have great kitchen planning teams to guide you towards the best layout for your space. If you’re after a more bespoke kitchen design, why not consider our Bespoke Design Service?
Once you receive your kitchen plan, send it to shop@madebyhusk.com along with an idea of which finishes you’d like. A member of our design team will get back to you with a rough quote and will answer any questions you may have.

Step Three
Place Your Order
Once you’re happy with your final kitchen plan and your HUSK quote, it’s time to place your order!
Place your order from IKEA or Howdens to include your kitchen carcass (along with all internal fixings including hinges, feet & drawer runners), and any elements you’re not buying from HUSK.
Next, place your HUSK order, to include fronts, side panels, worktops – and any elements you’re not buying from your kitchen provider, including appliances & handles.
If you’d like us to look over your order before you place it, we offer a free Sense Checking Service – simply mention it to us ahead of placing your order. For orders over £5000, a payment plan can be arranged.

Step Four
Delivery & Installation
Your fronts, appliances and hardware will be delivered straight to your door by a dedicated courier. The courier will bring your items inside, and will provide an in-depth installation guidebook alongside your delivery note.
Your kitchen fronts will be numbered in correspondence with your plan, and our team is available over the phone to offer installation advice should you require it.
If you’ve ordered a worktop, the installer will arrange a templating visit once you’ve installed your carcasses & fronts. Once templated, all worktops are cut to size before our worktop partner returns to install them. Templating and installation is included within the price of the worktop.
