The Easton Kitchen exemplifies how modern materials can harmoniously blend with vintage aesthetics to create a space that is both functional and visually striking.
Our clients desired a kitchen that retained a vintage charm while incorporating sleek, black elements to provide a contemporary contrast. The clients wished to preserve much of their existing furniture, aiming for a kitchen update that would complement their home’s character without necessitating a complete redesign. By selecting Fenix® Nero Ingo fronts, known for their ultra-matte finish and anti-fingerprint properties, we introduced a modern element that enhances the kitchen’s functionality and aesthetic appeal.
A Simple Yet Effective Transformation
This project demonstrates that impactful kitchen renovations don’t always require extensive changes. By updating the fronts with Fenix® Nero Ingo and incorporating thoughtful design elements like the exposed ply scalloped handles, we achieved a transformation that is both simple and effective. The result is a kitchen that feels refreshed and modern while honoring the clients’ appreciation for vintage aesthetics.
We only had a small budget, so the option of using IKEA carcasses with HUSK’s bespoke fronts was really appealing
