Located at the heart of a redesigned Victorian terrace in North Bristol, The Church Road Kitchen is a seamless transition between a trendy living room and a functional cooking space.
Commissioned by the Architecture & Design practice EJ Studio, HUSK was tasked with creating bespoke fronts for an IKEA kitchen, with a vision to integrate high functionality with sleek modern aesthetics. This central kitchen space, designed to endure high traffic, achieves a perfect blend of durability and style.
One of the standout features of this kitchen is the bespoke shelving integrated into the island.
Designed with both aesthetics and usability in mind, the shelving provides additional storage and display space, making it ideal for housing glassware, cookbooks, and decorative ornaments. The breakfast bar extends the island’s functionality, offering a comfortable seating area that encourages a more social and interactive cooking experience.
